Hi,

We are thinking about going to Vonage for our business phones. The phones will be on people's desks behind a SonicWall Pro router/firewall. Any issue we need to be aware of? Are there particular ports and packets that need to be allowed through the firewall? Does anyone know the bandwidth usage we can expect?

I'm using Vonage service behind a Sonicwall Tele3. I opened up the recommended port ranges as recommended in the firewall setup section at Vonage's web site and assigned a static IP to the ATA. No problems so far, but I don't have a multi-user setup like you're proposing.

And as far as bandwidth goes, I have my single line set for max quality, which needs a bidirectional 90kbps.
