Following up on a previous post, when I cancelled Vonage on Oct 9, I immediately (within 30 seconds) received an email that said I hadn't returned the box and wasn't eligble for a refund.
I returned the box, manuals, packaging materials and everything else I could think of. Vonage confirmed receipt on Oct. 20, which is around 11 days after cancellation.
According to my Vonage statement, on the 20th I was issued a credit of $0.00.
Pitiful. |

After some emails, Vonage credited my account for the adapter.
First, they take the money immediately, then they make me beg to get it back.
It just seems second-rate to me. If I ever go back to Voip, I'm going to do it with a professional company, not Vonage. |
