When I did those tests I was ONLY running the web
Voip
Speed test... we do game on the computers but it was not running at the time of the testing. Also when we first set up the
Voip
we could not get it to run behind our existing switch (linksys - EtherFast 10/100 5 port workgroup switch).
I had the thought before to try setting it up this way... having the
Voip
router connected behind the other router but we fail to get the
Voip
to work when we do so.

Many people run
Vonage
behind a primary router. Whether it can be made to work behind an Etherfast workgroup switch is another matter. Networking guys? C'mon in!

hmmm yes networking experts please chime in!.
I would be interested in knowing how to set this up behind my other linksys etherfast workgroup switch. Or what the optimum set up would be for a
Voip
router behind a switch.

p.s. just off the phone with
Vonage
support and still not sure if I will get any help. We adjusted some settings on the
Voip
router... but speed issues still seem to be less than optimal to me.

Post subject: QOS
You can try disabling Qos for voice and data both . Ask them to configure your device for normal bandwidth and packets 30 , Another thing you can do is to reduce MTU on RTP300 to 1450 or 1400.
