What firmware version should I have?
My current Firmware is 1.01.07
I am having sporadic issues with calling out

You currently have a newer firmware than I have listed here at work, so I'm not sure if it is an issue with the firmware or not. I also don't have any release notes for it either.

what types of issues, be more specific please

For the past few days when I call someone it will ring once (or not at all) and then never rings again.

Or I hear a clicking type noise and then it rings forever.

When I call the same number on my cell phone it goes through.
The problem is not a constant issue, just periodic enough to make it a real pain in the a$$!

could be interference. call 1vonage-help n ask for tier 2 tech support
