Well, your test results look fine, you aren't using house wiring, and your phone service is good. If I understand your previous posts, you're using a separate CID box, not integrated with the phone. At this point I'd have to believe that either your CID box or the Vonage box is defective. If you have or can get another CID, I'd give it a try, or take the one you have to a friend's place to check out on another system. If the CID is good, then I think you need to get in touch with customer service to see about servicing the VT2442.

FYI: The CID Info comes from the Vonage device, its not part of the transmitted audio coming in to the line, its generated by your box, so the time will always be the time that the Vonage box is set to. Are the phone numbers ever garbled or wrong? the name field? if not, it probably means either the time on your Vonage box is garbled somewhere, or it is transmitting wrong, or not being recognized properly by the device. Is this an old device that does not recognize CID with Name?

This is a new box, and no updates available.... the phone numbers and info are always correct, just the date and time are wrong and if the attached phone is reset the next incoming call will change the date/time to an incorrect one.... and as mentioned before the next call even just a few minutes later may indicate a totally different day on the date/time stamp...

Based on what Datahazard has told us, it sounds as if the Vonage box has a problem. However, to be sure, you should try another caller ID unit to see if it has the same problem. Or do some of your phones have built in CIDs?

I have to agree that it is probably the Vonage box... I have tried so many different phones over the past week that I know it is not any of those, especially when they worked previously on the earlier phone system.... the next challenge will be to get the Vonage customer service rep to agree, I have been trying to indicate to them that there is a problem, but they insist the phones are to blame.
