A friend of mine recently joined Vonage and wasn't getting the newsletter from them---not the one from the forum. He received the following email from Vonage which I thought was strange. I thought this forum had no official connection with Vonage?
I am a member of vonage-forum, but do not receive the Vonage newsletter.

Hey Dan, I sure hope that some wayward CSR or TSR that hangs out here didn't ASSUME that this was an official board and is putting that out as fact to customers. Maybe you should set them straight? |
