Post subject: QOS continuing problem
I bought the booster, its seems to be working pretty good. I'm still getting the poor QOS readings but I noticed the booster doesn't light up when I run the test, only when I'm on the phone lines, so I don't know if its an accurate representation. My fax still has some issues but the phone quality seems to be much better. I'm still getting poorer readings during the end of the day, which in a previous post Steve48 thought it seems to be an ISP issue. I've tried telling them before something must be going on, because it goes down right about the time kids get home and log on, but they say traffic is not an issue and there is nothing wrong with my connection...does anyone know how to approach them about it, I don't know all the technical lingo so I have nothing to come back on after they say traffic doesn't matter. Any help is appreciated!
