I have Vonage in my office. I rent my office and use the internet service from the office. There are many many computer hookup in the office. The Server and Routers are in a locked office, I have no access to them.
I am coming across to people very faint, sometimes static, but just a poor reception. I bring up the info above because I cannot move any boxes around as it pertains to my hookups. I plug my ethernet connection directly into a RJ45 plug in the wall, just like everyone else does.
Appreciate any suggestions that I could try. thanks.
