Since the topic is about stock prices, the thread should've been posted in Vonage Stock forum.

But to me, I'd have to say "no." Vonage's got millions of customers.

Aside from the grossly off IPO pricing, Vonage's stock price has been stable for the past four months. Also, that website you link to lists 93 complaints. Some of these are almost certainly totally unjustified, such as the guy who seems to think that they should know he has stopped using the service without him telling them *. However, even if all of these were genuine and only represented 1% of the total number of real complaints it would still be a tiny percentage of Vonage's total user base.

So, are Vonage about to go bust based on your two data points? No. Will Vonage go bust at some point in the future? Maybe, but as has been said, they are much more likely to be bought out.

* The guy in the first post in the linked to website obviously thought that porting away a number (if indeed he even did that) would magically cancel the service, whereas in fact a new number will just be assigned.

I've had it a week now and made no calls or recieved any because its total crap and the sooner someone who can run a company buys it the better.I told them at the off i was a cable customer with a usb modem and no router. So they sent me a VTA. I got back onto them and they sent me an adsl modem/router,after i returned the VTA at my expence..But what use was adsl to me on coax cable.I did my best to get the VT 2442 as i knew the VWR was a load of garbage.But.you got it they sent me the VWR.And all day its sat there with it's green lights lit as they should be and thats all it does.I had enough and instructed my bank to withhold any payment to Vonage. And they can sue me all they like, all they'll get are winston churchills two fingers and it won't mean peace or victory. My condolences if your a Vonage shareholder.

Not sure why people complain about vonage, I had it for years, almost since it was started and NEVER *knocks on wood* have had any problems with it. No static, no dropped calls, it is crystal clear and no problems! The only time I lost service was in a lightning storm when the cable Internet went out which isn't Vonage's fault. People that have problems with the service, either have crappy internet service, don't understand the bandwidth requirements and how to adjust quality of service, or how setup their network to make sure QOS works the way it should.

This post is off topic, but it irks me when people complain about the technology, when it works fine.

It irks me is a dead board that has no activity. At least no one is selling candles on it Lol

The service has been okay(read not great) for the last two years, but I'm glad we have cell phones with this latest news coming out!

I just wish I bought the stock! Citron must be in some bunker by now!

My Vonage phone service works perfectly. I have a Hawking Booster plugged into my cable modem, and a Vonage Linksys router plugged into that.

I have no complaints about the quality of phone service whatsoever.

I am worried about the legal issues that are going on!
