My Vonage phone service works perfectly. I have a Hawking Booster plugged into my cable modem, and a Vonage Linksys router plugged into that.
I have no complaints about the quality of phone service whatsoever.
I am worried about the legal issues that are going on! |
"A Vonage lawyer, Roger Warin, [said] The ruling [of not allowing new customers] will "in effect slowly strangle Vonage" since it loses about 650,000 subscribers a year, Warin said."
I suppose a few of those 650,000 customers PER year could have some complaints about the quality of the phone service. Just a supposition. |

That's the way it works for cell phones and POTS. Can't blame someone for thinking that's the way it would work for Vonage or another VOIP provider. |

If the Vonage service did not work, I would not keep it. I had my share of issues in the beginning, but all in all the service really does work. My issues were with the Motorola Router and port forwarding. The phone worked great.
As far as Customer Service, I really have no complaints.
I really do hope that the legal issues do not screw up what has been in my opinion a great service for a great price. |
