As always I feel the need to be the advocate for the phone techs and Vonage. before you get too pissed, realize this was an honest mistake on the part of the tech and not Vonage policy. I'm not sure about now, but when I was tier 2, punching in to the no dial tone line would give you tech 2 if anyone were free at that level, and you'll get ATS if you punch in to wifi phone. You want the best service? call in the middle of the night (EST). Low call volume, so the techs aren't frazzled when you talk to them, and the techs are better at night because they have to handle tech2 and ATS calls. |

dani_86 is correct with most of his/her information
the email for the different types of return authorization reads differently
which i why i agree with dani_86 in that you should call customer care any agent can see what was created |
