OKay - I have a question - Do ALL of the jacks in the house need to have both lines connected? In other words, we always had some jacks that had 2 lines and some that were just the one (Primary) line - Should I make sure that all 4 lines are connected in order for this to work??
Thanks, Martha |

All four wires need to be connected at the jack where you plug in the splitter to service the Vonage adapter. Other than that, you only need full wiring at jacks where you need full service (both lines). |

You may not believe this...and I'm not sure that I do!!!....but it is working!!! I found out that the wiring I did in order to disconnect from the outside wires was wrong. The two lines had the same colors (dumb on someone's part), so I had line 1 connected to line 2. NOW IT IS FIXED....THANK YOU A MILLION for helping me to figure this out. You really helped me to understand the way it all worked, and I am extremely grateful. THANK YOU!!!!!
Now I hope it keeps working!! Best to you, Martha |

That's terrific. Systematic troubleshooting does it every time. Once you knew that it was definitely a house wiring issue, you found the problem in no time. Well done. |
