I have one splitter.
I did a Ping Plotter test and at hop 2 was getting 100% packet loss. It seems that hop 2 is the cable modem. If I remove the
Vonage
adapter, hook the pc up directly to the cable modem and run a Ping Plotter test I get 100% packet loss on hop 1. Could the modem be at fault?
