Is anyone besides myself having problems with SimulRing not disabling, even though the web interface SAYS it's disabled? I enabled SimulRing yesterday (to my cell phone), and attempted to disable it before going to bed, and even though the web interface said it was disabled, calls still got SimulRing'ed to my cell phone. I called TC (I'm on the phone with them RIGHT NOW in fact), and they said there is a problem with it and there might be a delay of a few hours for the system to recognize the change in settings!?!

EDIT: As of around 2 p.m. 10/19, the problem seems to have been fixed. It's no longer ringing to both phones. YEY!

Just so you don't feel as if you were crazy for a while..... I too was having issues with this.

In addition, I have two lines with Vonage. One is set to SimulRing two cell phones and the other does nothing. Well, it somehow revered itself and the OTHER line started SimulRinging. Eek Seems to have fixed itself and was only for a short time.

Thanks. Did you have the problem the same time I did? I'm almost afraid to try to turn SimulRing on again for fear I won't be able to turn it off.

I noticed mine much earlier in the day; about 6:30 AM. I called 6 times and on the last try it did what it was suppose to do. However, about an hour later I called the "non" SimulRing number and it was again forwarding (which is should NOT have been - the other number should have been).

I'm not sure of the time it actually started working 100% again. It seems that it was a sporadic issue and not consistent for "X" time frame until it was 100% resolved.

I never turned mine ON or OFF throughout the ordeal, it just eventually went back to working again on it's own and seems to be fine now.
