Been with Vonage for 3 years. Made the switch to Via Talk last week. Just in time for holiday marketing blitzes.

I can block all anonymous calls and calls from specific numbers.

If you are interested in more customization with your Vonage line in a business sitiation, I would recommend setting up a PBX. I am partial to Asterisk since it is free and requires no specialized hardware but essentially any will do.

This will allow you the freedom to truly control your telephone line, if you're not fairly savvy it will cost you some money though.
