I am sick and tired of TRYING to understand whatever country they send the number to. The broken english, is horrible. I remember seeing a number to call customer service where you can talk to people who actually speak good english. What is that number?

In the UK we dial 150 from our Vonage line and firstly a british voice welcomes you to Vonage and then we get directed to an American agent, presumably in New Jersey.......isn't it the same for the US??

OMG, we wish! We get an off-shore support center, some say it's in the Philippines, some say India. From my experience, based on the accent the agent has, it's in India.
