I am sick and tired of TRYING to understand whatever country they send the number to. The broken english, is horrible. I remember seeing a number to call customer service where you can talk to people who actually speak good english. What is that number? |

An added service at Vonage for no extra charge. You can experience and learn a new dialect. |

In the UK we dial 150 from our Vonage line and firstly a british voice welcomes you to Vonage and then we get directed to an American agent, presumably in New Jersey.......isn't it the same for the US?? |

What a bunch of intolerant bigots you all are. Shame on you!
Remember, vote Democratic next month so English can get relegated to the history books.

OMG, we wish! We get an off-shore support center, some say it's in the Philippines, some say India. From my experience, based on the accent the agent has, it's in India. |
