Post subject: Reporting Vonage customer support personnel
I spoke with someone today in the technical support advanecd queue, Kari (ID 21445) who was extremely rude and combative and unhelpful. He constantly denied my problem, saying it wasn't possible. He refused to transfer me to a supervisor or anything.
Is there a place that I can report him? I feel pretty powerless since there doesn't appear to be an obvious way to go over customer support's head and report this sort of thing.

but nothings happened..!
i better suggest you to longer your patience
and forget that agent...
