i want to know the charges for disconnection of vonage

Hi there!..

I want to know the charges, if i want to disconnect the vonage phone connection. "i am already using this"

and what i have to do for disconnection.

I believe it is a $39.00 disconnection fee, it is listed in the Terms of Service if you want to verify that for sure.

If you need to cancel your service you should contact Vonage Customer Service.

Ok i am ready to pay $39.00... can i have to return the vonage equipments?

Like I said, you should probably contact Vonage for that type of question as they are the only ones that can give you an official answer.

My understanding is that you will not have to return the ATA, as long as you are past your 14 day trial period. You will probably find that it is useless to you bacause it does not have a license for the software.

What do you mena license for the software? I believe you can do a factory reset on the ATA and configure it to talk to another ATA directly so you in essence have free IP telephony between the two devices...
