Starting sometime after 10AM (ET) this morning, (10/10) anyone calling in to me gets a busy signal, even though the phone is not in use. I can call out with no problem.

Setup is phone to adapter to Linksys WRT54G router. I've powered off / on both the adapter and the router to no avail. This setup has worked for years.

The Vonage site, as usual does, not indicate any network problems.

I'm located in the Hudson Valley, near Washingtonville NY. Anyone else seeing this sort of problem this morning?

Both myself and my colleague are having the same problem here today. Looking at the forums this has happened before with no real resolution.

Vonage has been great since I've been with them(2001) but the few outages we have experienced have been made worse by their total lack of reporting problems to customers.

Why have a status at all on the Dashboard if you aren't going to update it.

I don't know what got fixed, but some time between 12 noon and 2PM (ET) the problem seems to have been cleared for me.

maybe a problem between Vonage and Time Warner? They are my ISP too.

Both of ours is working now as well.

I didn't see any outages listed on Time Warner's page and they actually update their outage page pretty quickly. Twisted Evil

If you search the forum this problem has happened before and it wasn't all people on the same broadband provider. So, I'd put the onus on Vonage first in this case but I could be wrong.

I did receive a reply and they knew of the problem. Of course it came in after it was fixed at 4:23PM. I still think that the Dashboard status should be updated for known issues. In fact much of it should be automated. ;^)
