My connection keeps dropping, and when I pick up my phone, I get a fragmented recording, I can't quite make out., and as well as losing my Phone connection, my Road Runner connection goes out as well.
Shouldn't I still be able to connect to the internet, considering it is a different service. It may be off for minutes, maybe hours, happening more and more as the days go on.

It sounds like a problem with your broadband provider, not your Vonage. Contact Road Runner. |

When this happens, you may want to remove the Vonage adapter and confirm that you can't reach the internet with your computer plugged directly into your modem. |
