I've emailed Vonage about the so called "Vonage World Plan One" that is currently advertised on their website, asking if I can switch to it. If they say I cant then I've asked them to explain why not Smile

If I dont get a positive response, then I'm going to threaten to leave and see how they respond.

If I cant get onto it, will prob look at cutting my loses and switch providers, there are more products on the market now that meet my requirements, and some are cheaper than Vonage.

So long as you aren't subject to a contract, you can switch to the new plans. They set up a new account and then cancel the old. Transfer your number to the new account.
