First post here. Is this the correct forum for a suggestion? Tried to find a suggestion box on Vonage.com but no luck.
My suggestion is to add a "delete this message" or "mark as heard" (etc..) to voicemails that have been emailed as attachments. I find it frustrating that I must take the extra step of logging or dialing in to my messages to delete and/or mark messages as heard.
I fail to see how this will make Vonage more money. If it doesn't make them more money, they aren't interested in making their service better for their current users, sorry.
Do you represent Vonage? I think a company that pays attention to their clients needs has a higher chance of succeeding than if they did not. If fulfilling the needs of their clients is easily implementable I see no reason not to take action.
