Why should Vonage service be taxed as a phone service? After all, a packet is just data, and data, whether it is an email to my latest girl friend, or music I am downloading or a Vonage call, is just data.
There shoudl be no special tax, just because some data packets get converted to voice and others get converted to pictures.
