well babylon5 vonage service will work here,
just make sure you have highspeed internet access (probably dsl)
or if you wants you can call me and i can personally install that device Smile

but it depends on the DSL or broadband provider here.
most of the ISP's in the Philippines used a BUS connections wherein the connection for a single cable is connected into multiple subscribers made the connections drop.in short intermittent highspeed. this will work but might take effect on the audio quality.
so before installin a Vonage service on a broadband modem here, check first the QoS of the internet.
