try this one voipboy.. this may help..



1. enable local debug of the softphone (right click on the green display and select Diagnostic Log)
2. Look to see if you are intermittently receiving 401 Unauthorized. This is usually caused by being logged into 2 or more softphones with the same user/pass at once. (The softphones will "steal" the registration between each other. There cannot be 2 or more entities trying to register with the same information simultaneously.)
