I've heard of many people having this issue. Its because of the router u had in front of ur Vonage devices. It was blocking some ports, so thats why in some of ur cases the Vonage device was put in front of ur existing router to eliminate that problem |

I'm having the same problem again today. And, there is no router in front of my Vonage box- the line goes straight to that from the cable modem. Calling customer service yet again!  |

Both myself and my colleague are having problems here today where we get a busy signal calling home but outgoing calls work fine. I wonder if the two are related to a general outage. Looking at the forums this has happened before with no real resolution.
Vonage has been great since I've been with them(2001) but the few outages we have experienced have been made worse by their total lack of reporting problems to customers.
Why have a status at all on the Dashboard if you aren't going to update it.
