Hi,
We are currently looking at installing Vonage in our office but would like to know if the following is possible?
We are looking at having one Vonage number, which after 5pm we wish to divert to our mobiles. However to make it a bit more complicated, we first want the call to be diverted to mobile 1, which should ring 3 times. In the event that the call is not answered before three rings or if the phone is engaged then the call should be transferred to mobile 2. Finally if no answer is received from mobile 2, then it will be transferred to mobile 3.
Hope this all makes sense, and thanks for the help in advance.
Regards,
James |

I don't think you can set up this kind of system with Vonage - "hunt groups" are reserved for multiple Vonage lines.
That said, you can use "Simulring" to ring all mobiles simultaneously and then divert to voicemail if none of the mobiles answers - this may work well for you?
