ei guys, when somethings wrong its normal that both sides have contributed to that thing. could be usoing the wrong Vonage device? talked to a lousy CS? but the thing is there's always a solution to that problem..just need to find it, savvy?

lol.........i would have 2 agree. Vonage doesnt offer good service. Every time i look theres always something wrong w/ Vonage.
Just curious again: can you share with us how come Vonage always failed to live up to your expectations? Maybe there's some logical explanation behind the service trouble, or it's just plain "chance"..
Just my thoughts... We're dealing with technology here, since we're talking about Voip companies, and sometimes, even the most advanced systems are affected by errors, whenever something needs to be changed- I've gone through basic programming, and debugging (taking out errors) can be such a pain...So even if Voip service isn't perfect, you must understand that it's a new technology, and it takes hardworking people to make it work. Oh well, nothing's really perfect.....
About customer service, more feedback, means more chances of getting rid of bad practices, and keeping the good ones.

well Vonage set the standards of Voip services, but to give you a heads up Voip is still not perfect and it is still in development as years go by we will see the development of this new technology
