Been stuck on hold for 3hrs. , whats the longest they will keep me on hold?? Good thing i took the day off |

ur probably not even on hold anymore, call probably dropped. No one is ever on hold for 3hours unless some rep is playing w/ u |

I suggest calling on this number 1-800-486-6590, thats the sales inbound department and ask to be connected to Tech or Customer Service. It's faster and lesser hold time. Also you can get hold of an agent fast since its with sales. |

careful, this sounds like a negative topic. the mods might delete it.
3 hrs hold time...when is Vonage going to get it right? Let me know, until then Im stuck wth Comcast. |
