hey guys, i have two vonage lines, one that we got the wifi phone with, and one that we got the v-tech phone with, the vtech i like much more now that i know it has better battery power, speaker phone better range, line quality etc. that phone however will be taken to egypt with my roomates dad, how can i keep our same number from the wifi phone and get the vtech phone i remember reading on the vonage site that you have to activate a new line to get it, can i maybe sell the phone back to vonage or send it back? i havent had the service for a month yet if there is anything about a 30 day gaurnetee or anything, thanks in advance guys!  |

there are a lot of options on how to deal with it;
a. u return the wifi phone to vonage and get a full refund since ur stil covered by the 30-day money back guarantee trial period;set up a new account get a vtech phone from vonage and have your number transferred from the wifi phone to the vtech phone.
b.u buy a vtech phone from a retail store;have customer service do a RETAIL MOVE LINE from the wifi to the vtech so as to transfer the number over and u return the wifi to vonage and get the refund (in this manner u dnt have to open a new account);

see i cant change my number cuz its on my buzzer, ill give them a call and see whats the easiest way |

wow this is great! i called they will send me the vtech phone (no charge) and i just send the old one back, wow you cant beat vonage! |
