Any help would be appreciated!
Choppy audio is driving me insane!!
Funny thing is someone left a voicemail for me and it was choppy...
The choppy audio is inbound and outbound.
Also, there are numerous times I call and there is no audio.
Sometimes I call and there are recordings - can't remember but something like circuits are busy or something like that. It is a Vonage message as it was part of the message.
I had this setup for nearly 2 years.. I loved and bragged the service. These past months are horrid. Please help!

Another note:
I lowered quality of audio through website and it got worse--to the point I couldn't understand what the other person was saying.. |

Please post the results listed on the advanced tab for the forum Voip test. Also, please run a comparison test at www.testyourvoip.com (test call to Boston). |

Call Vonage technical support and let them know. I have had trouble for some time, purchased a LinkSys OGV200 -network optimizer- and still had trouble. I called Vonage and they fixed it on the second attempt. Still tough to understand what they are saying, but at least they fixed my problem quickly. |

They said they were changing the setup on my voice adapter (Motorola VT1005). I never could find the changes, so they must have been on a hidden screen or on their server. |
