Just arrived in Mexico with my new, never used, Model VT2442 Vonage modem (adaptor). I brought the wrong power cord! Does anyone know if I can buy a power cord here which would work with Model VT 2442? We have a Radio Shack store, and an hour away, Costco, Office Max, home Depot. thanks! Robert Wolfson |

According to the Vonage website, it says that it needs the following specs for a power adapter:
Motorola VT2442 ADP-15ZB B 12V, 1.25A 100-240V
Go here:

Anyway, it looks like if you can find a plug that has universal connections or a connection that works with your model, you just want to make sure that it generates 12 Volts and can carry 1.25 Amps of current. Of course, you also want to make sure that it can handle 100-240V so that it can handle the various voltages and I am assuming that Mexico would be 220-240V in the wall...
Hope this helps, mundy5 |
