Wi Fi phone return

I bought a Wi Fi from Vonage Canada on July 24th 2006 and after trying it till Aug 14th 2006 cancelled the service because of poor service quality. I was issued a return authorization RA#: 10W371NNWN and directed to return," Please ship the package by any trackable method to:

c/o Assured Logistics

Mississauga, ON L5R 3W5

I have twice shipped the device through ICS Courier Service. It is a trackable method. Both times I have given Vonage the tracking number. Both times the shipment has not been accepted and returned to the shipper. Last time the packet was returned to me, it was mentioned on the packet that returns are accepted from Canada Post only.

Now I am being given the same address under a new name and am being told to ship the device the third time. Vonage customer service is refusing to email this to me in writing and the customer service people are not letting me speak to the senior management about this problem. They are also refusing to credit the charges I paid for shipping it to them twice. Initially Oran had agreed to credit the shipping charges. Later on I have spoken to amonst other people are Leila,Peter,Liz,Victor, Alain Pascal R. Haneefah Muhammad and Olugbenga Olageshin. Mr. Olageshin has in email dated September 8th 2006 advised me to send the device to the above mentioned address.
This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have their emails on record about the address as well the method of shipment.
I am concerned shipping it to them the third time without get the name and address in writing.

Any suggestions.

Well that is interesting, back in June I had to return my PAP unit to the same address and had no problems. As a retailer i Have other means of dealing with these issues. Send me a email and I can most likely HELP YOU. m17@cabtel.ca just put vonage wI Fi in the subject line
