Post subject:
I also got a letter from Duane Morris today. Before the IPO was launched I called up the broker and I was told by one of there representatives on the phone that they would not be going after customers who did not pay. I asked this question intentionally knowing the call was (supposedly) being recorded, before I put in an order to purchase shares. There response was "No, they would not go after customers who failed to pay for one reason or another" So somewhere that recording should be in there database unless they intentionally deleted it.
I feel as if they blatantly lied or said anything to sell shares.
Once I was issued the shares I immediately tried to sell them when they started trading but was unable to because there website was conveniently down. Later in the first day of trading I was able to then sell at a much bigger loss than if I were able to sell immediately. I feel this is the most egregious fraud I have ever had the unfortune to be a part of. Can anyone who did NOT pay tell me what has transpired in there case since receipt of the letter? Most importantly was anyone's credit marked?
Regards
