my freetalk tel no

can any body help me i was on freetalk then i was told i would be moved over to vonage with my same no when i set up my account with vonage they give me a new tel no said it was just a temp one wile my freetalk no is transferred i got my vonage box a few days ago but cant use it still using my old freetalk box how long does this take and will my freetalk box just go dead ?

Connect your Vonage box up and forward your Freetalk number to the number Vonage gave you. When your Freetalk number gets transferred to Vonage it will be transparent to you.

correct me if im wrong but the temporary new number they gave u must have been the temporary virtual number that will ring ur freetalk number right? it will be removed after 7 days once number xfer is thru
