sorry about that admin, basically it wasnt very glamorous or daring, no mcguyver episode, just called in this morning, dealt with bangalore province politics, luckily the tech from last night had made the proper notes in the computer (NJ is usually very thorough) got transferred up to account management, and they did some snooping around, found that for some reason my virtual number was redirecting to a random cell number (tracfone prepaid to be exact) 2 seconds later they had my virtual number pointing in the right direction again.
