I have troubleshot with Vonage and comcast serveral times to no avail. I did all the things they said I should do. Does anyone know what I can do to remedy this? Are a lot of people having this problem?

What you posted looks ok, however you did not post the detailed results from the Voip test so a lot of the pertinent info was left out. If you could post that so we could take a look at it please. Also, could you please go to http://www.testyourvoip.com/ and run a test call to Boston. At the end of that test please click on Show Detailed Results and post those here, that will give us a better analysis of your internet connection. |

The problem may be with the adapter. Have you checked to see if there are any firmware updates? Also, does your adapter have QOS capability? You may want to take a look at that as well. I know it's not much, but sometimes it's the little things that create the big problems. |

People can't hear me and keep saying "hello, hello." I can hear them perfectly. Sometimes, if I let it keep going, it will come back fine. Other times, the call disconnects. Below is my set up and my results from testyourvoip.com. Any ideas? How can I connect my adapter directly to my Comcast modem, because I believe Comcast only allows my computer's MAC to connect to the internet. Currently, I have my adapter clone my computer's MAC, so I can use it to connect.
Setup:
Comcast modem -> D-Link DI-524 router -> Vonage PAP2 adapter / PC
