Post subject: People can't hear me!
Over the last month I have had trouble with people being able to hear me. When I call somebody or they call me, they simply can't hear me.
I have troubleshot with
Vonage
and comcast serveral times to no avail. I did all the things they said I should do.
SO I am left with soemthing that isn't working.
Does anyone know what I can do to remedy this? Are a lot of people having this problem?
Thanks for the help in advance!!
FYI: I live in Virginina, use COMCAST with a SB5120 modem.

so I take it they already had you run through a speed test?
http://speedtest.net
if you could post those results-it'll help with the troubleshooting. (and include your network setup)

My cable comes from the wall to my modem. To my modem to the lonksys router they provided me with, which the phone is also plugged into. Then it goes from the router to the computer.
