Not only has call quality gone to hell today, so has the vonage.com website response. Anyone else noticing this today? I wonder if they are trying to update software on their servers today to correct the delay problems?

I still am having issues when I call people the the first two or three seconds of the audio - both ways, is being cut off. I can't hear them say "hello" and they cannot hear me say "hello."

I have not been able to log into their website at all in the last few hours. Kept timing out. Finally got a big web page saying they are upgrading their website. Here's what they say now when you try to access your web portal.

When the US is your largest customer base, why would you upgrade in the middle of the US business day? Sound like a cover for major issues or problems.

I've also had bad quality, but it seems only outbound calls are affected for me. Is anyone having trouble with inbound. I've just asked people to call me back and it seems fine. (Although that doesn't give Vonage an out!)

Once again, I'm having the audio cut out intermittanlty for several seconds throughout all of my calls. I can't do business this way!

Customers may experience intermittent choppy audio on inbound and outbound calls.

Of course, I could not see this because I could not log into the system.
