He was with a different company before and he tried to transfer it to Vonage but it didn't work even with the help of the Tech Support over the phone. He is willing to try it but not now if it would take more than 3days as this is the peak season for the kind of business he has so he terminated his account. However, he has no time to always follow up on it everyday since he is very busy already with his business. He transferred to Vonage because I convinced him to besides I had referred some friends already and they are happy with it. However, with him it was not as I have expected. I feel bad being the one to advise him to try it now so I am doing this to ask ANYONE FROM VONAGE to help him get back his fax number. He's switching back to his previous fax phone provider but the previous phone company said VONAGE would not GIVE BACK the number. Is this true? I hope not so. IF there is anybody there who works for Vonage please help me or rather help my friend out. Please email me how and whom we should contact so it would be given back to him...puhlease he is a good friend, he still considers me one so I am doing this for him. Thanks.
