Has anybody had any trouble using the Microsoft Remote Assistance tool built into Windows/Microsoft Messanger using the Motorola VT 2442? If so, have you been able to fix it?
Voice and Text, not exactly what I asked for. Windows Messanger offers a 'Remote Assistance' feature. I used to be able to use that before I had this router. (I had a DLink previously.) I think the ports are 3389 for Remote Assist, but I'm having trouble with it.

Try putting your PC you want to remote to in a DMZ setting on your motorola device. Make sure you assign a static ip to your motorola device so the dmz settings stick. dmz basically forwards all ports. try that. my pc is in a dmz and i can remote to it.
