I had to cancel a credit card because I lost it, the card was used for my vonage account. It slipped my mind to change my vonage settings. This morning my wife tried to make an international call and Vonage error out saying international calling was disabled.
I logged in and saw my credit card issue, put in a new credit card number and "reprocessed" the bill without issue.
That was 3 hours ago. My wife still can't make international calls. We get the message that the international featuer is turned off in the control panel. I log in, it's not disabled. I have disabled and then enabled it, still no luck.
She's all over me because she calls home every weekend. Any know what the hell I have to do to get my international calling back
???
I love vonage, but stupid stuff like this makes me want to throw the danm thing out the window and go back to a land line, 3 hours of my wifes **** isn't worth the savings... |

I'm afraid that only customer/technical service can help you with this. However, you should try re-booting all your equipment. That's always the first thing to try. |
