Post subject: Call ID issue
Since Friday, may call id on my phone is showing Jan 0 12:00am for all calls. but on the dashboard the date and time are correct
I know it is not my phone - because I have tried several different phones and all have the same problem
I unplugged my motorola device and then plugged it back in but still have the same issue
any experience this?

I am having the same problem too. I have an old VT-1005. I've tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and it is still doing the same thing. I wonder if this is only effecting the old Moto boxes.

I have had this issue in the past where the time and date were incorrect on the caller id whenever I would I have to disconnect my
Vonage
router (WRTP54G). Give it another couple of days and it should self-correct itself, it always has for me. If the problem persists, you will have to contact Customer Support.
