Okay, almost had 24 hours worth of service after 4 days of non service. Now motorola is blinking four times again......I have heard it is nearly impossible to cancel - hang ups, no money back etc etc. and canceling is really what I want to do this second....if I could call the incompetent fools!

Any ideas what the problem is now. Anyone else not getting a dial tone and PA stuck on 4 blinks?

You're the second person to report using Farmer Bob's method and it only worked for about a day. I think the reboot is just part of the problem. Did you verify that the firmware version on your VT was updated?

No, the units did not update, and trying to reboot again didn't work. I think they deactivated the MAC addresses from their server, or God knows what (they don't).
I'll just wait for my new units tomorrow and hope for the best.
