I checked my Pap2 v2 firmware (through IVR and on my browser) and they both say 1.0.13. People have been saying that vonage now is at 3.1.9c. How can I upgrade it? Why will it not automatically upgrade? |

PAP2v2 was just released.. To my knowledge their is no newer firmware out for that version of that adapter. The original PAP2 is at that stage of firmware I believe.. |

Linksys versions will increment as new hardware designs/components are implemented. My original wireless G router purchased years ago, the WRT54G, had no version number and was considered v1. The current model WRT54G has progressed to v6. The various versions of hardware usually have different firmware versions associated with them.
Linksys is not currently identifying a PAP2 v2 device on their website, so it may be just becoming available. |

u need to call tech support and have it confirmed whats their latest firmware (based on ur accnt on their end) - if determined that u dont have the latest and rebooting doesnt seem to resolve the issue - u would have to ask them to do the force firmware upgrade. its the big "IF" mind you. |
