He said he switched to DHCP and got the service working again, then switched back to static, and it worked fine. You can try to go back to static, and if it doesn't work, you'll know why, and what to do. |

Connect to the browser interface on the VT100x's "PC" Ethernet port. Go to the "Help" tab and the firmware version will be listed at the top of the page.

Yes, as long as the version is VT20_02.03.00_A you can change back to a static IP without any problem. |
