What does the rest of the log say and what version of software are you running now? If you see a chain of "Register out, followed by 401 in, then the SIP server does not like the password that the phone is sending. If this is a Vonage branded and locked phone, it likely means that the configuration file did not load properly from the Vonage servers or that the password in that file is wrong - maybe they changed it on the SIP side and not on the config server?? - I don't know if they change SIP passwords as part of their normal process.
A "normal process should show Register out, followed by 401 in, followed by Register out again (this time with SIP credentials), followed by 200 in (OK). At that point, you would be registered. |

It is not at all clear what state your phone is in. A Vonage locked phone should never go to one of the .st (unlocked) releases. It looks like you connected the phone to Vonage after it was unlocked and they put the Vonage software back onto it and locked it again - this time with a password change so you can't get back in.
The only way out of this would be to tell Vonage customer service the history of the phone and see if they can give you the password to reset it again. Vonage software is intended to be managed only by Vonage - changing from unlocked to Vonage software can result (seems like it did result) in configuration corruption. A reset can fix it, but you'll need that from Vonage customer service. |
