Calling From Peru To USA????

if i get service here in VA,USA and bring whatever equipment to Peru will i be able to call the USA as a local call??? i have been doing a lot of research. I know i need to i need an ISP that will not block Voip. I tried doing this with Skype. I was able to call From Peru to USA, but only for 5minutes then the calls would cut off. If anyone could help me i would really really appreciate Smile

Yes. Whatever country/area code you choose initially will be the same wherever you take the adapter.

do u kno how u wud call frm peru... to the usa...?
if u google it it doesnt work out too well.....
and i have a friend who is trying to do this.....
please reply ASAP =]

From a number originating in Peru, you would dial 00 + 1 + Area Code + Exchange.

i.e. US number is 999-111-2222, you would dial 0019991112222.
