I don't think so. Vonage requires a US card and billing address. |

Steve is correct. Vonage doesn't care where you are as long as you can provide these things:
In order to use Vonage service, you will need the following:
1. A Broadband Ethernet connection such as Cable or DSL.
2. A credit/debit card with U.S. billing and shipping address.
3. A Vonage Phone Adapter. You may purchase a Vonage-enabled adapter from a retailer. You may also choose from several types of phone adapters which will be shipped directly to you.
4. Any touch-tone phone, corded or cordless. |

If you didn't notice I copy and pasted that directly from Vonages site. If you were allowed to use a Mexican debit card than someone wasn't doing their job. |
