Now that telemarkerters has found a way to spoof caller ID by using 1111111111 or 0000000000 is Vonage going to give us the ability to blacklist phone numbers?
Being this is an all computerized service, I would think this should be very easy to implement.
Give us a spot on our account web page where we can type in rejections. |

Probably not anytime soon. Vonage is falling way behind competitors from a features perspective. |

ditto that. you'll probably have to go with another provider. In the year I had vonage the only new feature that was added was free calls to europe. great deal only if i knew someone in europe. |

I think "Features" are something Vonage needs to start thinking about...The "free calls to Europe " are nice but it will only benefit a small number of customers...It also seems that they only did that to attract more customers...Instead of taking care of the customers they already have...
As VoIP begins to be more accepted,Features will play a big part in what customers start looking for in a provider...
I still have Vonage but I also added another VoIP provider and they are always adding more features... |

Free calls to Europe had a catch to it as well - you have to be in the unlimited call plan. |

When I had ATT/SBC I had a call screening or blocking feature called privacy manager.. All my important calls, like from my doctor or dentist, were always blocked. Telemarketers still got through. |

There is a feature called "whitelist" ...That will allow certain numbers to get through....when Do not disturb is enabled....
Only whitelist numbers will ever be able to get through...But Vonage has yet to have either feature.... |

Weird. My ATT/SBC privacy manager works just fine everytime. No telemarketing calls. Works as advertised which is more than I can say about Vonage. |
